2. Services and Service Areas
AirPro Madrid provides installation, maintenance, repair, duct cleaning, commercial HVAC, and indoor air quality services in Madrid, the Community of Madrid, and Toledo. AirPro Madrid operates as a service-area business and does not maintain a public office in every locality served.
3. Request Process and Coordination
Service requests are made through the booking form, WhatsApp, or phone. Upon receiving the request, AirPro Madrid will coordinate the visit with the customer.
4. Visit Conditions
- New installation: the assessment visit is free.
- Scheduled review, diagnosis, or repair: €59 + VAT.
- Immediate or emergency attention: €118 + VAT.
Repair work and parts are quoted after diagnosis.
5. Labor and Material Quotes
The quote for labor, travel, and parts is presented to the customer after diagnosis. The customer is not obligated to accept the quote. The visit fees indicated in section 4 apply regardless of whether the subsequent quote is accepted.
6. Prior Confirmation of Additional Work
Any work or part replacement not included in the initial quote will require the customer's express confirmation before execution.
7. Rescheduling and Cancellations
